Details

Please note that the exact price of your custom frame will depend on the exact materials and methods used. I don't sell a base tubeset as I believe this contradicts the idea of a "custom" bike. Each and every tube on your bike is hand-picked based on your weight, your desired handling, desired frame weight, desired stiffness and so on... We'll discuss tubing during your consultation and I'll provide an exact price before any fabrication begins.

I offer many ways to further distinguish your custom bike. Below are just a few ways to enhance it:

Add-Ons

Polished stainless steel headtube add $300
Polished stainless steel head lugs add $350
Polished stainless steel seat lugs add $175
Polished stainless steel rear dropouts from $300
Polished stainless steel rear dropout facings add $175
Sandblasted stainless steel rear dropouts add $25
Custom rear bridge Variable
Bi-laminate headtube add $250
Internal cable routing add $150

Rare and vintage tubesets, lugs, and components are available. I stock a number of rare items, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For all premium tubes and lugs,a premium coating is required, whether it be liquid or powder. These are premium items and deserve the best! All fillet brazing is done with a specially formulated silver rod called Fillet Pro, made by Freddy Par—compared to the traditional bronze, it requires much less heat, causes much less distortion and almost zero loss of strength in thin-walled tubing. Though it costs upward of 10x the price of bronze I feel it is the only material suitable for a high-end steel frame.
